Not much more to say, after I got the discovery and clicked the preserved cooking recipes, they gave more pills than expected. This was flagged with the team, given the potential impact to the economy.
Thankfully, the team managed to pick it up, acknowledged its importance, and got it fixed and patched within the hour. Which is more impressive given that it was midnight over here in Sweden.
Checked the food crafts again after the update, and they were returning a more sensible 3-4 pills per successful craft.
The latter part was more a tongue-in-cheek response to the previous discussion around me discovering things being bad for the game and the potential impact to this being unreported and unescalated could have been significant if it was left unaddressed.
Overall I think the team did a great job getting it resolved and fixed so quickly.

So why aren’t these recipes being tested on a test server first? to make sure done correctly… nana is the hero?

Since the rapid response patch, I’m getting connection dropped quite a bit. 3 times now since logging back in after 23:30.

Should ad transgenic fruit too sweat ball, especially considering its the only bait for carp. Seems silly to have such a basic recipe for such a special bait. Just my feedback as a IRL fisher

There is a lot of transgen fruit being used. Let’s see where it ends up so it doesn’t bottleneck everything. Do happen to own a plot?
I found that discussion kind of infuriating to read when we have players actually reaping huge economic benefits in front of our eyes with information on vendor restock and leniency on exploiting and the only person calling them out is Drunk Skeptic and sometimes on the right day Rusty.
This is a high security issue - the network drop effect is worse than catastrophic - I dunno why they would ignore this one. They got a bug that gets out of their program and infects the machine itself. The mouse loses focus OUTSIDE of the game. Crashing windows is one thing but crashing the network router is a whole other problem. LIKE RED FKN ALERT problem.

Is this a joke? Transgenic fruit is used on every dam thing there is for fishing… MASSIVE overkill. Lol like literally a monopoly on almost every attachment, rods, cooking, ammo. This was a terrible balance job since the ingredients aren’t going to drop fast enough once the last 20 years worth get used up soon.
