You can change the looks by dropping it in your storage then close the storage and open it again

Sorry for stealing the thread for an secound.. you mean all those (two shop keepers ) I got ride of because they where ugly .. could have been changed to nice looking ones ???

I think this trick is possible only if the shopkeeper has never been used (freshly looted). Anyway, it doesn’t work for me

Yup. Putting them in storage randomizes both their look and their sex. Half of the fun about having a shopkeeper is seeing what you can get them to look like.
I tried it a couple of times in the past and never worked for me. I also heard it only works with freshly looted shop keepers.
