Black Widow Spider is allready banned from EF, I think.
It was also he who ruined an event for Singular once.
About prices on those chips, I think they was to high anyway and didn’t bother to bid more. It is good to get solved anyway. +rep for you Nostrop.

i was advertising in town and pmed everyone on my list including him and he said he wouuld buy them… being that no one was bidding on them and the time was about to run out i asked how much he would take them for and said 700 each so i said fine… sorry that i found a better offer at the time :rolleyes:

Ok, here is my vision of what happened
Uberdude selling - Darky buying.
Point is to sell 130-150% over current marketrprice, so noone outbid Darky (if someone stupid enough to buy… thing is done). No risk at all, uberdude even dont need those skills to be present:) Then after initial sale phase some other account would sell those chips again, this time with different TT to make it more real. And ofcourse price would be sky high - "look people, couple days ago Darky bought for such price bla-bla". And I bet that someone would buy those chips - world is full with stupid people. But this time something went wrong, either dude was drunk or whatever but @ first he post that chips sold to Darkey for TT+825!! (whos posting prices like that on CHIPS?? - probably guy who dont even have idea he s talking about). Then Spider offer me chips for 725 PED each… Some misunderstanding in their “scam party” or heavy underestimating of my mind, my common sence and PE expirience.
Now in addition fem common facts:
Uberdude90 joined 10-14-2005
Darky joined10-15-2005
Most of posts both account have in 2 selling manufactue implants threads (btw I would pay attention also to that first thread maker Cobra77)
In the beginning of bidding I PM Darky with offer to make a deal so he get one chip and I get another @ low price since we were only bidders. He didn`t agree :eek: , telling that he want both, no matter price bla-bla. this is really weird behavior - :wise: either guy is too rich or plain idiot :wise: - that what I thought that moment. But now I see that it was whole idea not to let buy chips to other people.
There was something more but now I can`t remember
P.S. If someone from mentioned here names is in fact good and honorable man - I`m sorry, but it all looks very suspicious.

Well, interesting - this calls for the private investigator in me :laugh: … around a week ago the avatar Black Widow Spider iK was running around through towns, selling this combination of chips for around 1000ped/each (like you said, with a little different TT value). They were also posted on the auction by Spider at that time, here you can see the ended auctions:

The Manu Mech / Mechanics ones are quite obvious, the Mining one not so, since that skill is sold more often … anyway, you’re probably right Nostrop. What is also suspicious is, that uberdude90 has been advertising at least for one other sale from Black Widow Spider iK on this forum, and that was for the female ambulimax outfit Spider was selling, see here:

As for the price, i would happily pay upto 700 peds alone for a full manuf mech eq skill chip.
Im sorry if you think this if odd or myself and uberdude are working together, but we are not and i am a legit player, i have been in PE for about 9 months now and originally joined this forun months ago, but forgot my details, so joined again recently to congratulate a soc members hof.
And me and you did PM but you were threatning to sky rocket the prices unless i backed off one of the chips, but i wanted both of them, so i called your bluff saying if you did that you were an idiot as you would be left with a high bill to pay.
and im going to give you a neg rep as i am not a scammer, im just an honist player with peds to spend.
Please appologise on this forum to myself and uberdude for soiling our names.

Well Nostrop, I’m member of a respected soc, and sold 1 manufacture mechenical components chip filled for 89% for 700 ped to Darky he won my auction on this forum on friday, I got the 700 ped in game from him on friday just a few min after auction ended. Why are you pointing at me?
Seems you have time enough to figure out complot theory’s. Go back to crafting pls and dont accuse the wrong persons to be scamers.
I had a good deal on the chip, and imho Darky isn’t a scammer.
Also Nostrop didnt offer a deal in the beginning it was near the end. I quote :

Yes please. People, pay attention to the notorious evil Cobra77. Greatest scammer in PE all time. He even made me let him join the Groene Draeck Society with his lowlife skills.
No serious Nostrop, it’s a good think to try and identify (ways of) scams and the scammers themselves. It’s nice to point the community and specially the at the moment rapidly increasing group of newcomers to these dangers.
I won’t go into detail here about whether your theories and people you mention are right or wrong. But please don’t point to people you do not know just because you have some theory in your head.
Cobra77 is a respected member of the Groene Draeck Society, I met him IRL twice yet. We had mucho fun with RL events and also ingame. Ingame where he his for almost a year now. Never met a faster skiller in our society. The dude is honest and nice, just the way the Dragons are.
I think a personal apology would be appropriate, Cobra really feels attacked and is quite mad about your own behaviour in this post Nostrop.

I can vouch for Darky. He had joined Psybercore shortly after I had back around March 05. He did buy the chip from Cobra77, I saw the two together and saw Darky implant a chip just after.
The hof he responded to when joining EF again was mine. Check the dates

Darky has been crafting components for nearly the whole time I’ve known him. I was one of his suppliers for lyst and oil back then. We had a common rule in soc that minerals were sold at 105% tt, often times I’d cut him a break if I was doing well and go just tt and often times he would give me a little extra for the resources too.
It’s safe for me to say there’s not a scam going here from my point of view and uberdude and Darky are not the same person nor working together.
