Just wanted to say that a small one sold for 1.4K on the old PCF I think late last year around xmas I think it was. The guy who sold his castles. George Skywalker. I did bid on it but because of mayhem I stopped bidding - a shame because it sold super cheap.
So I do not think they are worth anywhere close to 3K peds anymore the small ones. maybe 2K at a push.

IF anyone bought a Toulan app for 1,4 then they did an amazing deal, small have regurely sold for 3k and in the past week 2 medium have sold for 4k each, one this week.
Yeah I always thought they was around 3K too - that is what I sold mine from - the one I bought from you a few years ago.
