My guess would be yes. What esle would the difference between them be? I can’t see any probable ones.

there are other skills that also affects ur mindforce that is not seamless realted to it.. hence helps alot I really sux at mindforce but still got power catalyst when I had 200ish in concentration

103 MS is cheap in view on a damn way back to the Team in a Hunt /Combat.
Even i would need about 3 tries befor it works with low skills on it, it is better than alke in danger zone to waste time on stupid MOBs.
