Quick weapons questions

Just wondering what are good guns to buy in the 20-40 ped range. I need something that can give me a better chance against some of the bigger mobs. Also, where do I get them? Stores or only trade?

If I am trading, is it true that I can not use my card for funds? If that is the case, what should I do if I don’t have many items? Buy them just to trade?

If you give more deatil includeing skills weapons type types of mobs and youre armor / fap could give a better suggestion
