Everytime i try to log in the game and it gives me the big red sign that says that my id and password is unvalid, i try to re-activate my account but that didn’t work…i shutdown all my firewall’s but that still doesn’t work :mad:
i REALLY need u guys’s help, ive been trying for hours and i cant figure why it does that!

Is your ‘Caps Lock’ on? I’m not trying to be funny or mean or anything. Sometimes we over look the easy solutions in our frustration.

Try logging into the client loader at the top of the page and see if your info works there. If it does, zip right over to ‘My Support’ and file a case. If not…try a re-boot. I know it’s cliche but, sometimes it works.
I don’t know I have never ever gotten that red screen before.
And I think I’ve gotten most all of them.

Hard to imagine what it could be… some laguage/keyboard mapping/etc thing?
Best to submit a support case. Maybe there is something wrong in your account.

Yeh maibe..i wrote on My Support and i hope that it wont take too long for them to help me, thanx alot for trying to help me with my problem 
My guess is that it’s an Avatar related problem. I can only think of 2 things to try.

If you go to the main folder on your hard drive where the game files are stored, there should be a .cfg file with your user name on it. Try deleting it and log in again. I’m not sure if this will do anything or not but, it’s all I’ve got.
Write to support you need reactivate your account.
If it’s a new avatar, cant you just scrap it and make a new one? :dunno:
