Well, itās fairly simple:
Place your avatar at the place called āSpiral Shaped Mountainā - you should find this spot on the map of Eudoria enclosed with the guide from the Client Loader.
Then, log off.
After this initial effort you will need to find a spider. Mostly they hang around in corners and dusty places. If you fail finding one in your near proximity, try going outside. Look around bushes and trees for spider webs and you may just find what you seek.
Oh and bring a jar preferably with a lid. If you do not want the spider to die because itās trapped, punch some air-holes in the lid.
Now itās just a matter of grabbing the spider either by hand or simply snatch it with the jar and close the lid in a hurry.
CONGRATULATIONS, you have trapped a spider.
Now you can go back in game and enjoy the view from the Spiral Shaped Mountain.

P.s.: Trapping spiders in-game is concidered an exploit - if not by the EULA then atleast by a broad part of the community.

I smell a bann coming up.
You can always trap a spider with a spider trap - they make them for hobo (sometimes know as aggressive) spiders - I think the company that makes them is in Idaho Falls, Idaho USA

On topic or off topic or whatever is more right:
I found decoys in the TT yesterday. Is it possible to use these in hunting so the animals are attracted to the decoy instead of you? Or do they lose interest as soon as they see what it is?

Yes, that is what the decoys are meant to do, for a limited amount of time.

u pay the ped for getting a good distance to the mop so u can range shoot it .. the decoys work according to ur despense decoy skill in defence. ā
would think the more the better the decoy work..
not seen or heard of any using em ingame ?? maybe they are to exspensive compared to what u get out of it, hope this answers it..

And for the ped you acctulay get 4 (four) decoys. One unit for one ped lasts for four drops.
