How many cans of paint would it take to colour a t-shirt and slacks? I keep selling my paint but im getting all sorts of colours now (used to be just getting yellow) so im gonna store them and ask someone later to colour my clothes
Also, would damage to the clothes affect colouring? Both the slacks and the shirt are in the red on the health bar
Well if they haven’t changed anything in some late VU…
The clothes doesn’t lose tt-value by coloring, only by bleching.
and how many cans it takes depends on what sort of clothes you want to paint, and how sure you want to be of a good result.
For example Basic Pattern pants have 2 slots available for color, and each slot takes max 20 cans, wich means if you want to paint them blue and yellow I would suggest you use 20 yellow and 20 blue cans, for best chance of a good result.
And a basic pattern shirt also has 2 slots so that makes 20+20=40 additional cans for the shirt.
and skills also does matter, så try to find a pretty high skilled tailorer for best chance of succes. So you don’t need to risk of making several tries to geet a good result.
Also a high skilled tailorer can use more colors than a low skilled.
Good luck.
Have a nice day.
Yes, coloring does not decay clothes. For best result use 20 cans in each field. In the long run you will use less paint if you use more cans while coloring.
Though if you actually do want to color the items so that they look good I’d also suggest visiting a colorer. If you want it as cheap and good looking as you could get it you should visit me. As an introduction price I could apply it for free. I normally charge a small fee, but since you are new I will do it to help out.
Here is a link to a post from one of our best coloring experts in the game.
They can probably help you with anything you need done, and a few tips
on how to do it yourself if needed.

wow! Thank’s Sarah
I’ll send you a PM when i have enough paint’s, shouldnt take long the amount of paints the big herd’s are dropping when i wipe them out
They are both basic pattern so it’s 2 fields for the slacks and 2 for the shirt. 40 cans for the shirt, 40 cans for the slacks, and a little more just incase.
