Couldnt believe my luck last week when looting this, but Im happy with my rifle and never use melee so its up for sale.
DPP is 3.742 and 90% eff making this an awesome hunting tool, and that cold dmg goes straight through ice shields and pretty much all armor so it will be deadly once tiered.
