Hey, i just got this problem yesterday. I tried to log in as usual and it told me my password or logon were not correct. So kept trying got the same message back until i get one saying that i can not log in for 30mins. So i go to the site and change my password but after the 30mins it still won’t work. I can’t submit a support case because it won’t let me log into the website even to do that.
Any ideas neone, would be very helpful.
