My Reactions.
First. Cool a HOF.
Second. Oh its close to that rock spire “worries”
Third. Looks like its in the edge of the spire let me try to mine it.
Fourth. Distraught anger, Cauldren tries to climb in rock. Cauldren tries to push rock, Cauldren relogs as close to claim as possible and ends up on top of rock spire.
Fifth. Just starts laughing as theres absolutely nothing I can do about it so why be angry.

This Huge Iron is unminable as it is in a rock spire that MA has conveniently placed around Calypso.

damn thats sod’s law for you is there anything that MA can do for you or would you have to file a support case?

3

And its from 230 - 330 ped.. Man. That really sucks. It should be a hof maybe?

Sorry about your luck. I have stopped mining near shit that will bring these results.

Make a support case anyway. You got the screens, the exact position and what not. If they dont relocate the deposit they should atleast place the ores in your storage

6

Thats awful, I had that with a great once also, unfortunetly my site expired before they answered to the case, so they didnt gave anything in return.
What I cant understand anyway is why some rocks around Ares are massive and some not.

7

OUCH… and today Terra claimed to have found a rich in a mushroom as well…

8

Just contact support, 3 days left , good chance they’ll relocate it
They’ve done it before, they don’t reward you for lost claims tho, so be fast.
As for Terra, if it’s true, i bet support has more than time enough to relocate it

9

Another watch out.. W of Hadesheim there are 2 really really really big trees, very wide to.. in them theres to unknown deposits

10

Filed support now its wait and see. And how big is huge I’ve had them in the mid 300’s before on the bigger ones.

11

i had same problem ones, ok it wasnt hof it was medium deposit and i filled support. Answer was “its part of game and we dont move claim” :wise:

No point - I had the same thing happen (although not HOF level) and they said that deposits that are inaccessible like that are part of the game & there’s nothing they can do about it.

Had to try and I didnt think they would move the claim. Here is the Support post and reply.

I have Claim that is in a Rock spire, its not inside a house or something else, Its Huge Iron and is visible yet unminable due to the rock spire blocking it. Is it your intention for these Rock formations to block mining claims or is that a bug. The Claim is Huge Iron at X blah Y blah. I have a Screenshot of it and it expires on the 15th.

Hello, these things happen sometimes and at this point it is nothing we intend to change.

Ouch support dosent seem too suportive. They should creat and area around all obsticals where they garnte there will be no ore.
