It might be the file type. I had this issue some years ago and I think that it was the file type that was causing the issue. It might be worth playing around with that.

Nothing changed. It just started spitting out black screens. Shouldnāt be the file type.
It has been working fine on Win 11 for a couple of months. I am thinking an update screwed it up.

the black screenies were a windows problem in the past ( dunno if its the same now too) ..in past it was the aero design on win7 ++ etcā¦
i also had this prob some yrs ago..changed the design type and it worked ā¦
i hope it helps to get maybe a direction for the new windows versions ā¦

Also all the sudden had them after upgrading my computer to Win11.
Took me a while to finde the reason, seems like even though I selected a resolution of 1080p in the settings, it still connected to the monitor with 2160p even though the resolution seemed to be 1080p.
Had to forcefully set the monitor to 1080p in the advanced graphics settings and all fine again.

Late to the party but might be someone that knows how to fix this.
Just got a new computer with Win 11 and when trying to start the client after installing (with difficulties) āDo you want to search for an app in the storeā as if i cant start it because i am missing something, does anyone have any idea what it might be on a freshly installed Win 11?
I downloaded the tracker today but it doesnāt seem to run. I suspect because its 32 bit based and my computer is 64 bit. Do you have a tracker for 64 bit?
Must be something else, 32 Bit applications run fine on 64 Bit, just not the other way around.

Also maybe look if it is not minimized somewhere in the taskbar.
Nothing happens when I start it. Its not minimized in the taskbar.
When I check in task manager there is a background process called Entropia Tracker Suite (32 bit) running in the background.
Weird, thats normally an indication that it is running. Have you checked those hidden tasks that are hiding on that little arrow in the lower right ? Even check the empty spaces in there in case something went wrong with the icon.
Yup quadruple checked Itās not in the hidden icons even the empty spaces 
How did you install it ?
Did you tick that āallowā under security at properties before unzipping.
What happens when you try to start it even though it is already running in background ?
Suggestions for Entropia Tracker:
- Screenshot rare item hofs (currently if you get a rare item which is not a global or hof it doesnāt take a screenshot).
- Reduce max chat log from 10MB to 4MB (currently if chat log greater than 4MB can cause screenshots to be significantly delayed)
