When you click that link a window with your uploaded pics will appear (as thumbnails), newest uploaded shows first, simply click the thumb of the pic you want to insert into a post and it will automatically insert the BB code.

By default “Clickable thumbnail” is chosen, which is the prefered format on these forums, so no need clicking the “Insert tools” button unless you want to show your pic differently.
There, no more need for copy/pasting links into your posts, done automatically by mouseclicks now.
