New personal colors for armor?

Hi,i don’t know about u,but i’m kind of tired see every1 on same colors and with same weapons.. Could be a good idea if MA could make kind of personalized color armors,why rascal is all black and white,nemesis all orange… :frowning: we could be able to choose the colors of our armor..could be more diversified,same with weapons,they are mostly liked,could be nice new formats of weapons..the pistols are almost all equal except for colors,i’m just talking about external appearance… :rolleyes: please MA,think on this..

hmm , nice idea but im pretty sur any owner of a “helmet” armour would just paint it black or white to look like shadow or angel … i think theres a wide enough range of armours out there already …

well,the colors won’t take off the armor names.. and why only those greater armors have different shapes? why low protection armors can’t have different shapes too? :confused: would be nice new shapes in armor and weapons.. :slight_smile:

the colour is there to show people what armour you are wearing.

the shapes are there as a status symbol: generally, noob armours = crappy, nice armours = good looking.

What would be interesting is personalising the harness for example, and not necesarly by changing the colors or shape, but by appying a personal sign or a soc’s sign on it…that would be cool :wink:

Yeah I agree with Sharyn I think we should be able to personalize stuff I want to put a Bettie Page pin up on my ship and name it too. A soc tag on either the harness, helmet, or arms would be cool too :cool:

but then tell me your opinion about the weapons.. don’t u think pistols should have a bit different shape? they’re almost all equal.. they got almost all same shapes..same as most carabines.. could be a more diversified kind of weapons..

more personilization has been touched on before in other topics and i am a supporter of it!

The colour changing of the armour could be cool, but i think that the adding of SOC logo’s are maby a bit more practical.

Yup, I think that modifying shapes would be interesting (weapons/tools), but it probably takes a lot of work (3d art, programming etc).
Still I think there could be some kind of personalization, with the soc logo and names on different weapons/tools…I think the name part when personalising should be the easiest one for a programmer, don’t u? :wink:

Honestly, maybe it is there to show people what you’re wearing but…
Most of the “noob armors” got a way cooler style than f.ex. Nemesis, which is widely recognized as “nice armor” though the appereance is rather… :frowning:
Of course taste can’t be argued… :rolleyes:

EDIT: Oh, and… by the way… I’d vote for colorable armor :tongue2:

I think I would choose colorable armor too. I own a Nemesis armor suit and I often thought about changig the orange not that I don’t like it orange, just for the sake of it, in … let’s say…PINK…:wink:

Im not in the "let me make my angel red and well go hunting’. Best thingie would be “tagging” the set with a symbol or with your own name.
