EBN: RDI official missing 04 Nov 2005
One of the leading robot experts, Professor Niels Barton, from RDI is missing. While on a field assignment, Professor Barton went missing, and the rest of the team have no knowledge of his whereabouts. The Calypso Defense Force, Internal Security Section, are on the lookout and any information about Professor Barton is appreciated.
I saw him !!!
He was in Argus, headed East, and then I saw him Teleport off in that direction…
I’m guessing he was attacked by an armax or something…
Really strange that these government officials can’t revive? or perhaps he’s been kidnapped?
This quoted from
Max “Hawk” Phoenix sometimes private detective.
"He ran off to Jamaica to meet Dr. Makasty, where she has relocated. He is leaving at this late date because they would have looked suspicious disappearing at the same time. She has had time to spend the money they took from the loot pool and bought a bungalow with a fully stocked bar and small pot patch in the back yard. They are now happily lying on the beach sipping MaiTai’s and smoking ganga, laughing at us still here on Calypso struggling to get a loot.
JUST IN: It has been determined that Dr. Makasty has all the coords for the mining spots on Calypso (she has bragged that she will return when it ever becomes necessary to pad their Swiss bank account). It is also rumored that Professor Niels Barton has manipulated the bots in such a matter that they will never have any loots and and anything they would ever have will be siphoned directly into his and Dr. Makasty’s joint bank account.
