Umm can any of you tell me something, why when i connect to the game, They just tell me that my username or password is unidentified? but i can login from the launcher, Only thing is i cannot connect to the game, can any one please help me? >.<

Hi, maybe if you could tell us when did you apply for an account. It is possible that it is not fully approved, but It does seem strange that you can log in the client loader…
Sometimes people wait for a week or more to get the account activated…

When I got an account everything was fine 10 min later when I logged on. So I think you should log on to the www.project-entropia.com , if you can, and submit a support case. If you can’t log on there, send them an e-mail explaining your problem

Well i done what you said but they gave me a message saying : Error in communication with application server
But it worked with the launcher so im kinda lost -.-
Btw: i think its due to the maintainance that i cant login but before the maintainance or upgrade or whatever started i could login just fine but only thing was i couldnt log into the game
just log in from the launcher and then whrite and support to MA telling you problem i had that problem when i started to and if that dosent work call em on the phone if ya can do that but try making an support case in first case

Its so unfair
Most games dont need calling but ill wait for 1-2 days and seee what happens thanks for trying to help :tapfinger

But I did have problems with one thing, the firewall! I actually had to turn it off when installing, and had to put all three files in the MindArk folder back manually in my firewall to make it work. Have to do that after each upgrade also. its PE.exe ClientLoader.exe and the last file in that folder. I use Symantec Internet Security 2005.
Maybe that will help
I was geting this a couple times the other day, was some type of a bug and I Tried again in 30minutes (waited 30min too log on) then everything worked out again- . May try to just change your pw too also, I did that a few times and it worked right away. Im sure its a new bug that is comeing too the surface and yet to be known to many. I advise waiting 30minutes before you try to log on then try or Just change pw and wait 30min… see if that helps.

Umm my firewall wasnt blocking it and it worked fine it was just a bug (maybe) like loco said
