Happy to have my 1st Solo Global after 2.5 months on Calypso!

1 Kobold Mask (F) and the rest ped.

You can see by the loot window that I had been skilling for a while - 3 hours - and I was down to 28 Ped! - lol - This was after spending 3 hours earlier hunting Biffs and Trox and almost breaking even.

After missing my team globals (3), I figured out what fraps was, and how to map the hot-key! lol Thankfully I had it set up when I got my 1st HOF!

Funny stuff, I didn’t even see the first one, I was so new, I didn’t even know what a Global was! After the hunt the person I was with said, “Well at least we globaled.” And I said, “what’s a global?” She said “Didn’t you see the notification in the chat window, and the lights and sounds?” … Uh , no… I was too busy trying to figure out how to navigate with the keyboard, swing the Axe and actually hit the mob and try not to get killed to watch the chat window!" So for the longest time, I had no idea what a Global or Hof even looked like! :smiley:

Personally, I think the built in global celebration is fine,just don’t blink or you miss it. Now the HOF celebration is way too short for all the work it takes to get one! I would like surrounding mobs to bow in revereance, a marching band with confetti would be nice, and dancing girls :cheer: , key to the city, etc… in addition to the loot!
