More Problems with Game-time.info: Problem Solved, thanks for the help all!
I just wanted to let everyone know that if you do business with Game-Time.info you are doing so at your own risk. As a previous posted stated this company has serious issues with their customer service. I recently deposited 83.99 Euro via paypal. I followed their instructions, and received the same unprofessional email shown below:
You ordered at Game-Time.info, we tryed to reach You but You dont
answered,please give us a short call back to verifie You, this call will stay
under 1 Minute for You. Or give us a time and we call You back. This
verification call is needed only one time, after this You can order without a call
as mutch as You want. You can call us 24 hours.

The problem is that they never tried to call me. I had my phone on from the second I made the deposit to the time this email was received. I never received a call nor was a message of any kind left.
So I decided to call them at my expense from the US ($0.63 a minute). I have now called 3 times once at 1:00am in Germany, once at 1:00pm in Germany(normal business hours) and once at 2:00pm Germany letting it ring for over 2 minutes each time. NO one answered, no answering machine or service picked up.
I have sent them emails telling them to call me and still nothing.
Anyone have other suggestions? Anyone else experienced this from Game-time? Anyone from Game-Time.info want to give an official response?
I used game-time.info serveral times with no problems.
I used banktransfer .
Depend on the time the banktransfer uses, it tooks 1 to 4 days to get the
PEDs.
I used them twice with a Paypal balance I had around. They are ok, but they can take half a day to answer an email in some cases. They also called me cross-continent on my first deposit and footed the bill at my request. Seems like a small-staffed biz, I’d have no worry about you losing your cash.
Yes I have a verified paypal account and the transfer went smoothly, it is just this verification process. Called again since I posted and no answer. No email repsonses either.
email him back with the hours you’re available and the proper number.
and/or change your answering machine message to ‘hi peter, its i ordered peds with game-time.info please process the transaction’ or something like that.
Probably a noob question, but I received my code from game time, but I cant figure out how to use it. The email said use it at the bank inside the game. I have yet to find a bank to use, but I have found the PE Exchange. Except the PE Exchange is closed everytime I enter.

You need to login to the PE website hit transfers select gift certificates and put in the amount (example: 1000 ped). It will then ask you for the code. Cut and paste the code into the page and hit submit. The PEDs will be deposited immediately.
