Just a simple acknowledgement of some sort explaining an oops or things to come?..
Im an owner of an Ark LA and the mere fact the planet is likely going to dissolve doesnt bother me simply cuz MA has said those with items/estates would be compensated with similar replacements…
Can we not do something here in an idea like yes the bps have been remove but, are just being “rebalanced” or more things to come or needed removed due to Codex coming but, will be replaced later. XD anything XD im not asking to move mountains just a couple seeds to know the mountains havnt been destroyed xD
This move is the equivalent of Warpship owners not being able to get warp drive bp’s just ofc a smaller scale but, none less since this removal i’ve yet to sell a key now to the player owned instance which im willing to go as far as other player owned instances are experiencing the same thing…
The explanation was provided by me in #3, the list of removed blueprints are not final.
If you want the longer answer, MA doesn’t care because missing blueprints and their compensation only affects older accounts while they have full focus on inflating player numbers by redistributing wealth within the economy (See “complex” fishing update).
They want us to get pissed and quit so they can focus on new players. Other examples:
Removing space buffs (after confirming they should be there) only to mess with old players
Copy paste information that isn’t true for mayhem and purposefully misleading only affects old players.
Let certain players exploit and cheat since it only makes people who can see it (= older players) to react.
Waiting forever to hand out apartments since it only affected older players
It goes on and on and on, we are not a priority, quite the opposite.
I don’t expect the list to ever be finalized and will file a support case to at least get the TT value out from my blueprints which they stole.
The bp’s they “stole” isnt even the “primary” issue… cuz now the Player “owned” instance bp’s that create keys to enter the instance to loot the materials needed to make the bp’s are also, put useless cuz why are you as a player going to run an instance that has no “purpose” to run now… ><
Now if there was other “reasons” to run the instances for at least the player “owned” instances would matter less but, there isnt.
Its like removing warp drive bp’s from warp ships… I mean sure ppl can use them but, i mean the “primary” purpose of said instance is now removed… Imagine paying a warp ship to slow boat you XD
Im not even an “old” player XD ive been here for 5 years xD idk why they would want to agitate recent players that have come to invest into the game XD seem like a very bad business decision… creates unnecessary risk for the new incoming steam player… If they want new “investors” they need to create less risk and unstable perception on what to expect.
For someone with hundreds of PED TT removed with blueprints I honestly don’t give a shit about others issues. It was a rebalance until February 7th after which it became theft
They are moving towards micro transactions, they were proud about getting an influx of players from a third world country. They are removing people from the team to keep costs down.
Did you know they had a very competent dev for their website who left? Now every other thing stated in their webshop is false which I am pretty certain is a crime.
