Has anyone noticed a correlation between mob types and the type of resource. I think I’m beginning to see a pattern between specific mob types and what resource is in that vicinity; however I could just be having random ideas gel into something that doesn’t exist. I have also seemed to notice different paired mob groups indicate the type of resource in a particular area. Maybe I’m just going nuts so I’m throwing this out to see if anyone else feels the same way.

Heh,i would like to try that,but i would need Pham and Skalman to cover me from those mean mobs like hispidus in PvP3 or Atrox…

Yeah there is lots of oil out there. I think Silver of UPC has a mining map that shows the concentrations of ores/enmatters and you can use that in correlation with a map that shows mobs spawns. I think some of the low end ores/enmatters like oil and lyst can be found almost everywhere in some quantity. I have been mining an area that usually only spawns blau but every once in a while I get a lyst dep. I think it would make sense for MA to put some of the rare ores/enmatters in near harder mobs spawns. I think PVP3 is one of the few places some of the random rare ores spawn and it is a hard area. When I started I use to think that MA would spawn all the big deps under trox prowlers so they could guard them lol ahhhh the things you can think when you are new. I do think skills will help you find a greater variety of ores/enmatters but anyone can get lucky. Not sure if this helps but it is just my mining observations since they upgraded it.
Mob spawns and Mining spawns could be using the same system as they are both classed as resources.

Yeah I think that is true because when I was pulling the other day I got “you did x dmg” every time I did a pull.
