I logged in today to find that there were a whole bunch of items missing from both my person and from storage. Everything from a FAP 5 to skins to paint to wool to boards, etc. etc. Some of the items still appear on the “My Items” list on the PE web site, but they aren’t visible in my inventory or in storage. Some of the missing items don’t even appear on the “My Items” list on the web site anymore.
A few minutes ago I actually watched as I dropped some bigtree boards into storage - and they vanished. They are now not in my storage nor on my person.
I have deposited into this game and invested that money into buying weapons, ammo, etc. in order to collect these goods to sell or use later on. Now these items are missing - items that I basically paid to get.
I have reported to PE, but haven’t heard back yet - probably because it is the weekend (I hope).
What I want to know is, is it a regular thing for items in your inventory or on your person to go missing? Especially large numbers of items? And does PE usually fix the missing items or not?
I lost some items in the same way a few weeks bk. I contacted support and 2 hrs later the items were bk in my storage …that was a weekday tho so u might have to wait a little longer.
Thank you all for the reassurance. Nice to know that the players have such strong belief in the powers that be to fix errors like this. Makes me feel a lot better about being here.
I lost some armor plating a couple weeks back… the next Monday they replaced the items and I was impressed by how fast they took care of the situation.
Now about a week ago (the 15th) my lesser teleport chip disappeared. I submitted a support case shortly afterwards and they have not replied yet.
This frustrates me; after all I DID have to buy another one. Now I am pretty disappointed.
help me… i cant login..the red box says they are currently offline for updates and sum bullshit when apearently everyone else is on? any suggestions and the server box says 100% :mad:

When this happens, just scroll down in the section of your inventory to where the item belonged.
If it makes you feel better…my old old avatar was restored to me, with no gear and no skills - all TPs. All gear in TT value - some crappy armor I can’t recall which, imp mk2, scope and two non-decay lasers. In cash. Quite a loss to chew on but…it’s just a game. Back then I deposited some 200 ped extra to shop an imp, lol.
