Surely some people could get a laught out of buying a “drink” in the bar and getting some sort of visual buzz out of it. A few comic possibilities spring to mind.
It would give people a reason to congregate somewhere beside the SC’s and TP’s.
In the general sense, I do think that giving people reasons to actually use the buildings would be nice. It would enhance the “virtual reality” aspect of the game.
Hey Gold- I have always liked this idea and it has circulated around b4… here’s the potential imo and then the downside…
Would be great fun to intoxicate little Svetka imho! :drink: Perhaps a night at the bar would restrict your hunting skills however… although other skills should rise (like the ability to take hits! Ever notice how numb your body becomes when you’ve had one too many… no reason why your strength could not temporarily improve  ).
Realism in game. Incorporating things like alcohol would only make it all more realistic. Having something other than chatting and profession to do. When you’re all down b/c you’ve just returned from a hunt that was rotten and the first thing you want is a Jack and Coke and to tell your sob story to the other invalids around you in a bar
Alcohol of course would cost ya
-/+ It would also probably lead to the anticipated food in game. You know, that little icon in your inventory that looks like a half-eatten piece of fruit. Which would mean more ped to buy food… although I still say I would gladly by food if it was an extra thing to give you more temporary skills, etc.

hmmm- and all these years I thought it was the Germans that perfected beer  Ah well, nm- I cancel my trip to oktoberfest and will go for some Scandinavian beer instead
naa, germans perfected beer, for sure, but in england we say beer for beer and lager - and i mean beer as in lager, i hate normal bitter / stout beer… germans are the best for that
But look at all the great dutch beers (lagers) .. omg, im even drinking it now
