Heya,
I just managed to log in to support through the clientloader. In the header below en between the ‘N’ and ‘V’ there’s still a link active which lets you log in to the old clientloader. A nostalgia feature? 
Anyways just signaling this in case it should be fixed or if not it’s still a nice shortcut to get to support without having to go to website etc.
True, the buttons are still there… see my other posts on getting out from the new site.
And the old site can be accessed from the CL.
however, please note… login on new website is secure, client loader is not.
Uhmm .. is it just me, or is there no link to a way to file a support case on the new website? I guess that’s one way to cut down the support needs. 
Also, once you log into your account from the website, I’m not seeing any way to log out.
Am I just being blind??

To log out from the site, go to
http://www.entropiauniverse.com/en/rich/5001.html?DoLogout=Log+out
then enter bogus names and click login.
To start a new support case, go to https://account.entropiauniverse.com/pe/en/rich/5384.html?NewCase=true

Isn’t it ironic that the place we enter our login and password to play the game is not secure while the place we enter our support case that we were hacked is. :laugh:
Okay, great .. so mrproper’s link worked (sorry, the link above didn’t work for me…) but how would I find the support case section if I’m not carrying around that link in my back pocket?
Also, when I went to file a support case, I got the following error – hit back, re-submitted, got the error again .. repeated 4 times, then it went through. Fun!

First of all, they are fixing the stuff in a few days. Then, add that link to favorites.
If you need to log out, close all browser pages. If you need to send a support case, find the link in the player guides.. there is a link (for problems… bla bla submit a support case here)

hasnt been for quite awhile…Ive gotten certificate warnings for the last couple months each time I logged in.

My concern is that tabbed browsers are not secure. Not even IE alone. Any toolbars plugins may sniff the form data so you have HIGHER chances of getting hacked now. Not a wise choice really.
The CL version does not load plugins or toolbars. This is a bad trade-off.
