Are any of the materials needed to make the set pieces hard to get such that it would make it difficult to craft replacement parts when needed?
What level of Armor crafter do you need to be to have a decent success on these?

The only material that is hard to get from the Lich armor is Light Metal Platings that can only be looted in a lootable pvp area on Calypso, not sure if you can those on other planets. Here is more info on crafting: Lich Harness (L) Blueprint - Blueprint | Entropia Central
