Im soon - in few days i hope - no longer a disciple. I have trained hard, used a lot of sweat, blood, hours, money … and now - finaly - I can say goodnight and goodbye to my mentor, who btw has been great, nice and a BIG help… :wise:
Finaly reaching 1900 longblades … but then what … ? What happens next? My mentor gets a mentor-reward … what do I get? Does anything Uber happens to me after? Say Ill be much better getting HOFs and Globals? :tongue2: What should be my next goal? What was YOUR next goal when finishing as a disciple?
from what i’ve talked to many of my friends it seems that 1900 is the breaking point where you will start to global more often. Not a proven fact but so many that i’ve asked when they started globaling more they replie just before i hit 2k.
Aim for getting Martial Arts Unlocked though that will take you quite a while.

ah yes unlockin MA would be nice next goal, and dunno bout that “quite a while” rex, i unlocked it at 1969, but i had decent skills on pistol, MMS and etc… well who knows, skilling have changed a lil now, so maybe levels on those aswell, anyways still a good goal
And I might go skill another ability .. but guns really not me… I guess! Never tried to shoot - only hunted with longblades! Which gun/rifel should I begin with  ?
I would go with whip becasue that will help you unlock taming which when taming is FINALLY implemented you’ll be ready.
Or mabey try powerfist it will get your inflict mellee combat up (giving you more avg dmg withyour longblade weapons) and i think(as long as skill system hasn’t changed to much this VU) give you more strength getting you more health. Also it will get you closer to unlocking Martial Arts.
and Nea your other skills probably made quite the different my soc m8 trakkur only did longblade and it took him to i somewhere around 3k Longblade to unlock it. But like you said who knows with the system now. and your info makes gives me some hope as i switched to longblade too from rifle and handgun.

I’m with you i’m not a big fan of guns either.

As some1 who uses whip and powerfists almost exclusively, I would basically agree But, there is a caviat… if you ever want to hunt big mobs, or you want the ability to go out on a fun team hunt with some friends who use rifles, you will need some rifle skills and a rifle
Tough call- certainly, from an economical and skilling perspective, I prefer melee… but it’s still really nice to go for larger mobs with a rifle and gives you an entirely different kind of adrenaline rush :sniper:
I would say your next goal should be to try and enjoy the other areas of the game. Take your focus off of skills and try to learn how to reduce your losses. Go on some team hunts. Maybe try to loot a specific item.
