In the upcoming VU 7.3 one major feature is the land management system. Some land areas will have a fertilizer station present, which allows the owner to manipulate the contents of the land, as to what creatures, density and maturity will roam there. Maybe you want to have a newbie-focused area with easier creatures, or a super-tough area with really nasty monsters? Everything is possible with the land management system.
To create a well functioning local eco system the land needs to be fertile and fresh, to allow for the changes that is made with the energized fertilizer. The fertilizer is applied to the station and makes room for the suggested changes the owner wants.
The energized fertilizer is a unique compound made out of animal dung and growth molecules. The creature dung may be collected from the ground, while the growth molecules is a newly discovered energy matter.
In order to implant various creatures, the owner needs to gather samples of creature DNA. Once this is acquired and processed, the creature may be added to the lands fauna.
ROFL, that is just to funny. Leave it to Mindark to come up with something like shit shoveling as a new source for income. I wonder if it only shows up when you step in it Similar to the fruits but now we really need to watch where we walk.
wow I’m just not sure how the whole balance of it will work. I’m sure MA has a plan that will work. Should be interesesting how it will all balance out. and i like the new job for newbs makes more sense for it to be kinda demoralizing there hopes just get up to high when gathering sweat. They surley wont think animal waste will be worth insane amounts or that they can control it.
Vombat, hope you dont mind me changing topic title to “Land Management is here” instead of “LandGrab” as you called it, so i can link to this thread from the news/frontpage.
