land areas

ive been looking for the thread, and i just cant find it, so sorries bout the repeat.

but i was talking to someone, and they said if you buy a land area, you can only tax it for like 6 months, is this true?

my problem is i was thinking of buying land in the next few months, or tryiing to get someone to sell me land, but i dont really wanna buy land if it doesnt have that taxing right, (no, im not greedy).

so can someone either point me to the right thread, or tell me what happens if say, i buy a land area from someone like star or akoz?

  • Land Areas which have a deed can be bought by avatars and you may tax it until you sell it to another person.

  • Land Areas which are claimed during the Landgrab Events will be in possesion of the society for about 6 months and during this time tax can be claimed from the mobs and mining.
