I am sure I hit something wrong, but I can hit ENTER to start a chat but I can not type anything. I hit ENTER again, and the keys will launch the appropriate tasks (inventory, options, etc). Any ideas why the keyboard doesn’t work sometimes in chat mode?
I had this problem once, check to see if you have targeted yourself. I targeted a team member and everything was back to normal.

I’ve had all sorts of issues with key problems like that, managed a few workarounds out.
a) Click on the little key icon at the very bottom right of the chat window
b) Press letter o for options (this works for most screen lockups other than the obscene lag which happens oh-so-often!), this will open the options screen, then simply press abort, and all shoul dbe back to normal, hopefully!
