So far its neat up there.. very pretty too.
I just hope neverdie doesnt put all or too many of the apartments or shops in for contests as i want to be able to buy a few apartments and a shop or 2 for a couple of buisness ideas i have.
I definitely intend to spend a bit of time up there, might live up there off and on throughout next year, but only if i can get an apartment.
If i can get a shop and a large apartment i probrably live up there for months at a time.
The one problem i can see about the place is that it is not very affordable to get there.
It seems the fuel and decay on the ships is quite high, almost 100 peds from what i hear.
Im still in the process of exploring the place (i will likely upload some screenies i took today to the picture thread within the next couple of days)
As well as putting up some initial info for the hunters.

Corrected data / prices.
After reading your post wanted to post to it , but felt that the issues deserved it’s very own post ![]()
As an new hangar owner and having some help from other hangar owners let me try to shed some light.
First the $ 100.00 ped mark as explained to me covers the cost (mostly) of going and coming with an profit. So if the trip going up there produces 100.00 an very good part of the trip has been paid for, and the return trip is mostly profits.
*Now to me that means having an good departing location is ideal since you can get the $ 100 to go up, but if you don’t really have an good departing location and count on just the return trips can cause major problems. especially when there are pilots that made their profits and are charging only 10 peds to go back.
- After the corrected data , seems the above has even become more an probelm.
Corrected fuel error was of by 50%
Here are some details I also came up with.
Since I am an new hangar owner some details did not know at first.
Since I never filled up the ship before leaving on 1st trip.
One way to or from CND
Fuel 5% of tank Decay 16.00 peds
5% of tank I come out with 1,225 oil needed at an 30 to 50% mark up..
Oil TT 24.5 + 40% = 34.3
Hard to determine an true price since oil (fuel) can go up and down.. Some times you can buy it
for 130% and other times people try to sell for 160. %
So the total price in cost, no profits is oil using an average of 140%
$34.3 + decay of $ 16 for an total cost of $ 50.30 peds.
Now for an return trip we need to double that figure to $100.6 total cost.
Back and forth to CND
Oil 10% of tank or 2,500 oils $68.6 (based on 40% can vary depending on oil prices)
Total decay of $32 on ship.
Total $ 100.6 cost to pilot, no profits
Profits with hitting the 100 goal mark 100-100.6 = $ -.06
so the going up trip
seems to be short by -.06 pecs.. So the profits for pilot will be needed to come from transporting back or raising prices on the going up
just something to think about when pricing flights ![]()
