I had the same thing this morning and filed a support case. Its been happening to some other aswell, if I remember correctly.
I would suggest you file a support case and request a relocation.

It happened to me too 
Got back from class, thought hmm, lets go visit my home in Omegaton (haven’t been there in a month). i teleported and nothing appeared, just flat land, so I tried to relog and now ‘Internal Error ;(’
It happens quite often on my avatar… dosent really mean anything other than something went wrong in your login… Support cant do anything about it other than “resetting” your avatar…
So… just wait and relog…
How long do you think I should wait Starfinder?

Vombat it has happend for me three times this week. All times for me it got fixed after a few hours, max five in my experience.

Ive been trying every now during the last couple of hours; still internally injured apperantly. I did have the internal error once before, after having trouble logging in and spamming it. That however, was just a temporary thing and logging directly after the red screen was no problem.
What Im wondering a bit is if everybody getting this is located on Amethera? Im currently at West habitat, trying to get to my apt to take the screenies for the contest. But if travelling to Amethera messes up my avatar, how am I supposed to take any pics?
This happens to me a lot to, bug me to since it takes sometimes hours to fix it :mad:

I got an internal error too, I logged out on my land on Amethera (Close to Omegaton)
