Im sure we all know what a pain in the ass it is when we try to tp to a location and we missjudge its possition on the map and all of a sudden we land in the middle of a pack of atrox. Well i thought of an idea that might help with mmore succesfull TP’ing. I think it would be a good idea if MA allowed u to type in co-ordinates of the position u want to jump to, provided it is in range of your TP radius. I am NOT usggesting that you should get a bang on target everytime if your success rate is poor but i think if you have a good>success rate then u usually manage to get a bang on TP so i think it would be nice if we cud type the co ords of the place we want to get too for better TP’ing

I like the idea. The “typing in coords” should be a complement and you skould still have the option of just clicking the map.

Huumm, don’t you actually see the coords down right of the map when using the chip? I think you do, maybe that is enough to pin piont the landing if the COS is good enough and you know where you want to go. :wise:
you do see the actuall coords but its very difficult to try andpinpoint the exact location with a click. For an example, if u were going to the oil rig, when u click were the oil rig is, sometimes ur a few M out and u land in a pack of trox. If u can type in the co ords for a pin point location then it would be easier. so yes, it would be as you say a compliment to clicking
The problem here isnt skills, i agree that its quite hard to put the cursor where u exactly want it on the map.
Example: Your bud is waiting at cordinates xxxx / xxxx and its mobfree so you want to tp there but when u pinpoint the cursor on map (to get the exact cords in takes a while) u end up 50 meters further north and 50 meters further west where the Araneatrox eats ure a$$…
I think it would be a good idea since today the person tell you the cords in chat, u try to pinpoint the exact location and then tp which takes a lil time to do.
types co-ords is something I’ve wanted from day 1, its taken me a long time to get used to TPing accuratly and surly this feature would be really easy to implement in map in general (for locating lost diciples etc) not just for TPing
While I think this would be an awesome thing, I doubt MA would implement it. They want you to TP into a pack of Atrox. For a few seconds there, the mobs can attack you and you can’t retaliate. Thats free decay for them. You could TP without armor, but you’ve still lost the ME. They win either way. And they’ll say thats the hazards of using a TP chip.
but we can still hope that someone at MA isn’t cruel, heartless and after our very last penny and if we can appeal to that person, maybe they can work some magic for us… :whisper:

Days ago I was running and running east of Argus to find some maffos. But the whole area was emptied. So I did a little TP jump - and ROAHHHRR! - 3 maffos were waiting for me
