Since 7.2 VU that all radar jackets have suffered a pretty drastic change in it’s appearence.
Before 7.2 the jacket had a certain patern and color on it’s sleeves and upper torso , and in the lower torso (maybe more than half of the torso) it got darker, do mostly tha jacket had a very high percentage of black in it (depending on the jacket skin but most of them were really black like mine).
But now all that black has dissapeared and replaced by the colors that are in the rest of the jacket (sleeves and upper torso). Basicly I now find myself with a jacket very very diferent than the one I bought , and I can’t say I like it I much prefered it like it was before. It looks very diferent now , I even found some things about my jacket patern that I didn’t know, like on the sides under the arms has a diferent color than the one on front and back
MA just decided to completly change an item owned by a player. The sole porpuse of a piece of clothing are it’s looks , that’s why you buy it , because you like the way it looks and it does well it’s job (to look cool ). This would be the equivalent in weapons if they decided to change the decay on a weapon for example (remember 1x0 axe incident? ).
I dont know if similar things have happened to other pieces of clothing though.
I would like to take a moment to thank levi chanel. Thank you so much for puting the 14 cognac coats on the auction. I am sure they will sell really fast. Being how you have them marked low enough that any noob from minipolos to port atlantis could afford one. I personally payed 750 ped for my nice blue one. And I think the coat is very pretty. But the reason I bought it was because not everyone can afford one and it kinda makes it worth it. But because you have listed all yours at a ridiculious low price. Over 50% less than the normal price my coat just lost 300 ped. I would be happy to sell you my coat for what i payed for it since you will make so much ped off these half price coats. Thanks for all you have done. I will be sure to give you a call from the poor house.
Yes the jacket thing is not the first time MA has altered the look of clothing/armour in game.
I still recall when my nice looking red and white dragon set turned red white and pink on me :mad:
I think that the least they could do is post something on Client Loader together with the VU contents informing us of the new coloring changes and from now on everybody that crafted/colored a jacket it would turn out like this. But NEVER alter one’s clothes like this without informing us and against our will.
Silent Shade jacket looks totally gay now. The shades of black are gone from the back and the front, and now the back looks completely smooth-light gray. Almost white. It feels wierd. Can they make those jackets just look black? Please?
Anything blacker that it is now!?

LOL- well, yes, I would agree. Some clothing items are very nice in game, and others are , well, laughable imo… This has long been the case and many ppl agree.
And as Faust stated, it’s probably a man (or two, or three) making the fashion
*Sveta- still awaiting the day when I can wear a g-string in PE and not look GOD AWFUL from the rear view
