HP & Such

Hey everyone…

I’m looking for theories or maybe even a formula on how HP is fgured.

I know that there is no way to tell 100%, but I’m wanting some way to come close to figuring it.

I’ve tried many different ways, and with my own current HP, I found that I’m only off by 1 point if I add all my attributes (including stamina) and then divide by 1.75.
BUT…
When talking to other people, especially those with HP over 125, this doesn’t work.

What skills add up to get HP? Can anyone else come close with their numbers (with any combination of skills) and get a simple formula for it?

Since we never know when our HP will rise (there’s no XP bar), how can we determine it?

I know that a lot of you have spent time and money getting your HP up. Can you tell me what skills you gained to get it to go up?

Thanks everyone, I know we won’t find something concrete, but I’d like to hear what ya’ll think anyway.

Stamina has not really been fully implemented yet. It is the main HP modifier.

What stands out true is that Stamina X 10 = HP. This applies to Avatars( we all starts out with 90.? HP. This is also true for Mobs, whereas you can easily know a specific mobs HP by simply scanning it and multiplying its stamina by 10. This of course is only possible now because the scanners will always show the exact stats of virtually anything scannable :stuck_out_tongue:

Alot of skills gives HP (if not all of them), some are major ( meaning you can a get .??? something in hp everytime you get a skill check from it)( while others are minor which takes ( my guess is a prof standing. for example rifle/handgun skills)

It will take a lot of skill checks before you can get those tiny numbers up to the first decimal point and to the ones.

It was possible at point to tell if you have gained that .? in HP by a simply healing ( from inserting a skill for example then healing right after ), because it displays the exact amount of healed points. Of course now that has changed and we only see the maximum amount that a fap can heal for.

Well, I know it’s not simply a combo of ALL skills divided by the number of skills…I also know it’s not attributes and general together.

So…what you are saying…is that before you could see that you gained a bit in HP, but you stll weren’t able to tell how it was added up and all that.

“Stamina has not really been fully implemented yet”

With mobs, it does work because they dont “gain” hp/stamina. Also we do start with 90, we just dont gain stamina but we do HP.

Thanks for the post btw, Angel.

i think what he means is that 1 stamina gives 10 hp, and other skills also gives hp, so we got many hp modifiers

also i think i might say stamina is in use, only that humans cant raise it..

You should read Angels post BEFORE posting :hammer:

And ok,so you just made it over 100hp.Good for you :dunce:

I wonder how the stamina system will work,if its gonna be a good hp mod or not and if us with more hp than 90 will have stats changed to for instance 15stamina when system is launched or not

Its Stamina 90.? + Skills.

Its very hard to know, if not impossible how much a hp mod’s skill check gives.

Yes Stamina is in use but I said, " Its not fully implemented.." because we cannot raise it yet.

Then again, It might as well remain like that, since if you can raise it just like other attributes, we will be seeing alot of avatars walking with 1K+ HP’s  or it could be made to train very^100 slowly.

You can only gain so much hp with skills, and in order to gain more hp you have to unlock more skills that are hp mods like Commando for example.

Let me just say. I dont know how this works. I do think however your HP should go up faster than they do. I have been playing for about 7 months now. Skilling and the like and only have 98 HP now. It just seems to me that it should be going up faster. And should be based on your general stats (str, agil, stamina (when they get that working)).

I dunno, but i have heard different things from different people, ie. str makes it go up, evade makes it go up… what makes it go up!?

A question I was just going to ask! I know people who have played months, and have hight hp than I do, and I’ve play almost 2 years.

Start skilling melee, it does wonders for your health.

^^ that’s for sure, I’ve been working on my current avatar for 3 months, and I just broke 97hp, I’ve yet to break 400 on any one combat skill (but I’m building 4 of them up pretty evenly)

I’m sure that we could learn quite a bit about how the stats all work together if a whole bunch of us posted up where all of our current stats were at and then someone entered them all into a database and started comparing items and searching for correlation. I’ld offer to do that myself but I’m currently exploring a slightly different method of PE statistics logging/gathering.

Great Idea…this would seriously help me in what I’m working on. I’ll put mine together and post them tomorrow.

Each skill and attribute has a multiplier that dictates how much health it gives per skill level.

Some multipliers are 0, most are 0.00x (with x usually being 1, 2 or 3) and Stamina appears to be 10.

What this means is that for the skills that give health you usually get a couple of points per 1k in that skill.

well it is pretty easy to know which skills that give ya hp gain and not u only need to use like say handgun and everytime u get a exp gain u heal and see if u get a heal or u already have ful health..

like some of the skills that gives hp gain even thou u dont know which gives more or less are:

coolness (which need to be unlocked)
dexterity
commando (which needs to be unlocked)
agility
weapon handling
courage
combat reflexes
handgun
perception
Combat Sense (which needs to be unlocked)
Melee combat

and more I had full list of all skills that give u hp gain but somehow lost it these are the only I for sure can say raise ur hp..

to make a formula would be hard or simply impossible bcs the gain u get is altered whenever u unlock a new skill that is a hp moderator. and not every skill that u gain hp on gives the same gain/per skill point. some give alot some give less.. so the 1s that manage or have the time and will to make such a formula and get it correct I would salut to :stuck_out_tongue:

Apologies for this little swerve off topic, but ‘coolness’? That’s an actual unlockable skill?? How do I get that one?
