Maybe I’m old fashioned, or just old- i don’t like it ( is like chat gpt wrote it and put graphs on)- I’m just happy that there is just forum and i can read your post.

I’m happy is back on. Thanks for that.

Hard to say from where to start fixing it.

It feels over complicated, click and scroll heavy compared to old one.

I’d really wish we could more freely customize UI to display what we want.

At times i feel there is too much information on screen, that makes it look messy and unessecary.

Older broken threads, images and links will require alot work to fix from US, if MA doe’s not attempt to run any “fix scripts”.

I feel hesistant to start fixing some of my own thread, since i dont know if MA is planing any fixes that causes said work to go to waste.

Will wait and see. But as it is i am not totaly hating it or liking it either.

I don’t like it one bit. Just happy to have something that resembles a forum.

I actually loved the previous one, even the original Entropia Forum before the calyforum was better than this atrocity

For those that didn’t figure it out yet, next to the categories is a “edit” button where u can select what u want to see ofn the left side, great improvement to the old site.

Looks like a lot the built-in “Agile methodology” tools i am using at work to collaborate with my colleagues… :sweat_smile: Guess that’s evolution.

I just found out today - june 20th about this LOL - hopefully there’s some survival in this one haha. beats the crap outa no forum at all…

You left out Options:

Because it just does… its like it was stripped of its soul.
They did it with many parts of the game, now they did it to the forum.

If you change the Preferences, by selecting the smallest text option, the Forum looks much better :slight_smile: :

Click on your Avatar icon in the upper right corner of the screen : some small Icons will appear, forming a column ; then find the “PROFILE” Icon, click on it, then find and click “PREFERENCES”, then find and click “Interface” :slight_smile:

Now just select the smallest text and you will see a very nice improvement, with a Visual-Feeling quite similar to the old PCF forum. In my opinion Moderators should reduce the text size by Default …

(“Dark Mode” is the absolute best, especially the “Clover Dark” mode : where Forum-links are colored in green, instead of blue)

At the moment I don’t see how old a thread is in the listing of threads, not even mouseover on the thread starter icon. It could be necro - or maybe not. There is more that sucks, yes. Some of it might be in settings, so ty for the tips, but we, the users, are just tinkering…

Yes, Default text should be smallest. :slight_smile: It does make it better.
