When Kerberos are re-introduced I dont think they will look like Kerberos since Osseocollum look like Kerberos. So If Osseocollum look like Kerberos and Kerberos dont look like Kerberos, then Kerberos will look like something different.
I think I see multiple eyes, so it might be them, who knows.

Don’t be silly, that clearly is a furor - probably a first draft with tusks that have been removed before they were actually introduced, or some game designer playing around with existing mobs to learn how the system work or anything…
And regarding kerberos - has it been (officially) confirmed they will be back?
Kerberos have been an event mob, they didn’t even have the time to give them a unique look, so they are probably gone for good. (would be a pity tho, i quite liked them)
