Hello all this is my first post so please excuse my lack of Entropia Knowledge.
I have recently downloaded the ame and registered via the PE website.
The problem I have is that it does not let me log in using the credentials i supplied. The login screen reports back that there is a incorrect password or username.
My question is Where do i get this checked or reset as i can not find a link on there site to have it changed.

Hmm.. am I the only person here that thinks there should be some sort of live support for the game? :dunno:
I see newbies get so frustrated waiting technical support to get back to them regarding account activations and password issues that they just uninstall the game and leave.
It’s not a very good impression.. cant MA even do something like allocate some community members from various time zones to be available for discussing issues like this?
1st things 1st.. make sure your Caps Lock key isnt activated while trying to type it in.
Also I have seen it where some people can log in via the website but not into the client loader. Is this the case?
Raduk.. there are other threads in the forums that have dealt with this, but I know that it is frustrating getting problems logging in. Especially when you see such exciting things going on with the game in the news

Now, I registered for Entropia about a year ago, but I couldn’t log in. I.e. same problem as you. So I uninstalled and didn’t think more of it until a couple of days ago when I thought I’d give it another go. So I reregistered with the exact same information, and this time I actually got a mail telling me the account was approved. I didn’t get such a mail last time.
So if you haven’t gotten the mail, try reregistering the same info. My mail came instantly after I had registered.
