what is wtih all those fake societies? i checked some random in the soc terminal, and came acros 3 cK! now i bet thats not good. b/c what else would those fake societies want this name for? only to scam. i know a bit who is really in the official cK, b/c u know, u can recognize them by look. but those others, and also other fake societies, i’d say: KOS
I bet those are made for scam purposes.
There are 2 other ex cons socs as well. These 2 have only one member and one of them “cristina alina valentina” scammed a socmate 3 days ago for an empty skill imp. My socmate filed a supportcase already, but MA hasnt done anything until now because she tried to deal with me yesterday night in Caravan (there you can see how little the IQ of scammer must be since she tried to scam 2 peeps from the same soc.).
There will always be jelous people creating fake socs. Anyone remember the fake Black Angels HQ soc?Its Immortal Knights now after some tiresome arguments

Well, I can top that with another dump scammer…
Can’t remember her name right now (Noticed how most scammers have female avatars)
But she scammed someone from our SOC after she had been approved for the very same soc (Legion Of Chaos)
After the scam she was kicked within a few minutes from it being known (I had to get to a soc terminal to kick her)
A few days went by, and there wasn’t really anything we could do about the scam. But then in twin a few days later the very same girl tried the very same scam on me. I allowed her into trade while I in the all chat wrote “TAKE NOTE OF Name - SHE IS A SCAMMER - SEE HER RUN FOR THE TP” while I at the same time asked if she remembered me for kicking her from LoC a few days earlier. Boy did she run for the TP… LOL
For the record, I’m no longer part of LoC - But there is absolutely no bad blod between us 
I see nothing wrong with people naming their societies with a name that is well known. Obviously, their are a few scams that go on, but that is life. Just think of it like this, some people name their avatars from real celebrities… can’t really think of any right now, but lets just say Brad Pitt, Will Smith, etc. Well, in real life, some people actually look like these people and some of them try to scam and some of them just go about their regular buisness. It is up to us to be vigilant and i doubt MA will ever shut down these societies that look like the originals. PE is like real life, and it will always remain.
I’m not contradicting anyone… i know their can be scams, i’m just saying nothing will be done.

take out your scaner , and take a look to people you trade.

I haven’t looked at the Soc terminal for ages but i think one of those cK’s you are talking about is actually called CK (Cat Killers). I think societies like this are having a joke at the expense of the Coat Killers by playing on the initials, they aren’t out to scam people. It’s the societies with only couple of members with exactly the same name that could possibly have been created for scamming.
Perhaps if there was a function for a society war we would see less of these scammers though.
Well, maybe CK Cat Killers is a joke, and have nothing against, but there are other socs called just Coat Killers or Ex Cons.
