Assume a player hunting with 0% efficiency gun, always have exactly 0 level of corresponding looter profession and have 0 ped of other expenses (armour, healing etc.).

Where did that number come from?
Where do people get 86% from? 90% has always been the base in Loot 1.0. Imo meeting the OP’s criteria’s would be a very similar environment to Loot 1.0 in Loot 2.1.
