Good site indeed but lacks data. I.e. - it has not a single exceptional item in the database

We used to get recurring Entropiawiki data backups.
If we could get one of those, someone can use that to feed a better site or maybe to setup a mirror.

Frankly, we’re more than fed up with the state of this site, which is otherwise useful. And nobody’s offering a solution, it’s infuriating.
It’s a shame cause nothing on any of the other websites comes close to the weapon compare tool on the wiki.

Main resource of wiki is MISSION page that is not available on nexus

With a bit of google and a few types and clicks you can download the entire website and place on harddrive.
I’m not saying it’s legal or you should do it. I’m just saying that it’s possible to do so.
I recently manually downloaded all the tables from the wiki if anyone wants them, just shoot me a DM. I’m not very active on the forums or very social in the game, but I’ve felt this pain too.
After lots of poking around for good APIs or other data sources for mobs, items, and even globals, I’ve all but given up. I have my initial export from the wiki loaded to my own web server, and I pulled Nexus once or twice (which is missing a lot of legacy records but is otherwise masterfully done). The merge is pretty usable for me, but not something I’d share yet. Besides, I think if the Nexus owner just loaded the original data, it would be far better than anything I’m working on.

the real power of entropiawiki is the hyperlinks that can be used to switch from one table to another.
Nexus lacks damages dealt, is strong in codex rewards.
we should definitely have a DECENT server for wiki.
it is all in all 30 eur per year a mysql hosting… if in need i will paypal MA …

Why does it seem to be an issue to have this web working? I think its a great source of info.
Whenever its not working its really frustrating.
I guess I could show a tease of the UI I’ve been working on. Msturlese hit the nail on the head: My development goal was for every Entropia proper noun to be a link. Still a long way to go, but as I said, I’d share the database in current form if anyone else wants to play with the boondoggle.

i mean if there is 100 DMG for a young and 150 for a mature (example) having 33 imp 33ctu 33stab for one, 50 50 50 for the latter (a loadout with available armors would clearly show mitigation, a DPS/Leech data shows if sustain is enough of if use of resto/regen/fap is needed (or just go there shot die and curse lootius and other old gods
