MindArk and the Planet Partners strive to ensure a smooth and problem-free Version Update. Nevertheless, even after extensive testing some issues may arise after release. Such issues are often addressed via mini-patches directly after a release and in subsequent patches. If you feel that the possibility of encountering minor issues or bugs directly after a Version Update affects your gameplay to an extent that Entropia Universe is not enjoyable, please wait until the mini-patches have been released and any last minute issues have been resolved.

Socrates is looking into it currently, all you can do is just wait for a fix.

the same problem for me

Game should now be working normally on Steam again!

If the update does not happen right away, you can trigger it to happen faster by restarting the Steam client (otherwise it should happen automatically after a few minutes).

How are the Planet Partners these days?

You can no longer track asteriods from the codex.

If you have tracked codex from one planet, e.g. Calypso, these are not visible on other planets but they are included in the cap of 3 visible codex in the UI. So let’s say you tracked 2 on Calypso and then try to track on another planet you can’t have more than 1 tracked on the new planet unless you navigate in codex to calypso and untrack the ones there.

Tessssssssssstiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinggg…

Seems to be working normally from our side. Could you perhaps give some more information?

I’ll forward that to the team to look at.

If you hit the track option on asteroids it doesn’t display the percentage like before the update. In order to see how close you’re to the next level, you must open the codex again and look manually.

Do you have a screenshot of what it looks like for you that I could pass on?

How come the Codex mark doesn’t get fixed?

I can try if needed but in simple terms, nothing is on the users (my screen) under missions where it is typically displayed

Thank you, I’ll pass that on to the team.

I’m guessing you’ve already tried things like untracking and re-tracking, relogging, etc?

Does it affect all asteroid types? Are creatures working normally?

All asteroids are non track able. I’ve tried a couple of things that haven’t solved it. Not sure on planet side, perhaps someone else can answer that one.

The ??? thing is still happening on the mission on ARIS with Arthur McGrangus.

As of last official statement the planet partners are…

Currently waiting for their planets to be destroyed, leaving the players holding the bag.

This!!!
