As some of you know, I’ve taken on the Community Liaison role, and one of the things I really want to do is make sure the feedback, bugs, and ideas that come up in discussions actually go somewhere meaningful — rather than getting lost in forum threads or Discord scrollback.
So I’ve set up this tool to help with exactly that:
Entropia - Featurebase App
It gives us one place to log bugs, post suggestions, vote on what matters most, and actually have a proper discussion around it. The more people engage with it, the easier it is for me to show Mindark “hey, this is something a lot of players care about” and let player’s better vote on what impacts their gameplay the most. It will then allow me to use that as the source of truth in my chats with Mindark - and be able to create a better, transparent, representation of what’s been raised, what might be in progress, and what’s specifically a no-starter.
It’s not a magic fix, and I can’t promising everything raised will get acted on, but I genuinely think having things properly documented and backed by community discussion gives us a much better shot and effecting productive change.
Give it a look, throw in any bugs or ideas you’ve been sitting on, and vote on stuff that resonates with you. Even just a comment or an upvote helps more than you’d think.

A fix for the mouse cursor issues will be in the next patch, which should be Tuesday next week.

What does this mean for bugs/issues raised in other ways? For example MA has been asking us to log bugs in threads here on PCF on several occasions.
My preference would be to over time centralize bug reporting there - as it also allows for discussion and community help for bug work arounds cross platform (i.e. there’s good discussion that happens both in PCF and discord for mitigating bugs - and it’s a nightmare cross posting issues to find people the help they need).
For more targeted feedback: Such as the new UI threads - those are still useful to get immediate feedback to the relevant teams.

Interesting. When I suggested this a decade ago I faced a ton of backlash but since Nana is HC… The plot thickens…
Seriously this is a good idea. We need to remember it exists and direct players to it so that it becomes something everyone thinks of when they encounter a bug. The larger the amount of players that uses it, the better.
Every bug reported before the launch of this is now considered fixed and a permanent feature.
Maybe MA can charge $50-100 for a barb with 85+% eff for us low level hunters.
Make it a pack or something
I made a suggestion some time ago MA should only use MA controlled channels for announcements, that ended with several threats in my direction. Some people assumed my suggestion was being against HC and/or HC moderation on the unofficial Discord…
I don’t have anything against Nana, and all respect for the work he is doing. In this case i give him the benefit of the doubt. Worst thing that will happen that we will have a list of bugs and feedback and nothing happens… like it is now already.
