It could take some hours for the change to propagate to your dns server.

Edit to add: If someone who is successfully reaching the new location can post the ip address we can add an entry to our local hosts file C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

format would be something like 123.234.345.456 www.entropiawiki.com

That should allow us to use the site.

My skill scanner tells me I need to update to the newest version, so I go to that page and click the link to download as usual, and the link gives me “404 - Document Not Found”.

(sorry, I know this is an entropedia thread)

I forgot to change the database to the new server, that was the reason the site was responding so slow. I am currently fixing this, though all updates since the site was moved will be gone.

I still got a warning from Advanced SystemCare when I went to the normal address, but using the new ip posted by LuckyCharm ( http://5.153.53.42/ ) gets me to entropedia fine, no warnings.

Thanks for all of your efforts over the years Witte, I am one of those who feels playing Entropia without access to your wiki is a major loss.

Everything seems to work fine again now, except for the map. But that is an issue with google and will require some updates to the code.
