to be it’s most efficient and thematically strong:
it would require an unlockable skill based off of BOTH high pistol and HIGH melee skills
pretty much any skill associated with those would need to be ridiculously high, and after achieving the high skills you would be able to dual wield shortblades, pistols and perhaps even longblades/LIGHT axes if you were high enough…
basically the idea would be you could fire twice as fast or swing twice as fast (melee wouldnt necessarily be twice as fast, it would be a semi-unique thing)

If you ever tried it IRL you know that:
a. you end up sticking a knife in your leg
b. you empty both clips in the pistols without hitting the barn wall..

Give me 50 nooob !!!
ok just had to say that, from where I come from we don’t call an magazine and clip.
the correct term is Magazine rookie
Clip has no spring in it and on very old guns is placed on top of the weapon where gravity drops / feeds the ammo. New guns use magazines where an spring is used to help feed the ammo
heheh just messen with you… too bad my drill instructors where not messen with me had to do so many 50 push ups it really hurt, just because I used the C word (clip)
