u should still buy one - i dont think my case is very usual

With the help of my soc. m8 Gavin I GOT MY ITEMS BACK!!! :dunce: 
Hereâs how i did it:

Stand next to the windowsill as close as possible, (like in the pic, with your side facing the window, so not your face) then lie down and look around you⌠you should now see the space inbetween your appartment and the one below you, also you should see your missing items wich âfell through the floor/windowsillâ richtclick em and voila!! you have your missing items back 
One thing that scraed me a bit though:
The items were no longer in my appartment and my soc. m8 could pick em up as well, so i was lucky i found em in time. They also were not counted anymore in the total number of items on the estate terminal.
Iâll send this answer in my supportcase as well, maybe it will help

The same misfortune has happened to me: a painting disappeared after i ve put it on the wall. :mad:
I ve done a support, and after 5 days, i had the painting back in my inventory, with an adequate support answer.

Recovered all my items before supoort finished âinvestigationâ.
I had the same problem as kay with a painting I placed on the wall and it vanished. Support told me to make sure I was in the right appartment. :laugh: next they said that it must be there because it was still listed in the âworldâ container. (hmm think i told them that in the first place) Finally after a couple more rounds and I took everything out of my appartment and put it into staorgage, support came back and placed the painting into my storage. I thought everything was ok so I went and put everything back into the appartment and BAM the same painting got sucked into the same wall :dunce: . I just reported it and have not heard back yet. :laugh: at this point it can stay there.
I also had a problem with a bleacher going into the voif then reappearing and then not attaching, then working the not again then going away again. :laugh: they finally rest it and it attached so now I either leave it on my person or in storage but not the shelf anymore. :wise:

Same thing here, support had my my case still in processing when I sent them a mail xplaining how I retrieved my missing items.

yes you should. during LG I switched armor with a soc mate of mine. When I tried to attach plates to it the armor turned red and it wouldnât attach. I checked the info and it said there were already plates on it. So I traded my soc mate again to give them back, but when I dragged them into the trade window they appeared in his window instead of mine. I was confused of course and asked him what it looked like on his screen, and he didnât understand what I was talking about cause he had detached the plates before the first trade and now had them on the armor he got from me. Cancelled the trade and they still looked like they were in my inventory, I put my own plates on the armor, traded him again and told him to just accept the trade even though there was nothing there. The plates that looked like they were in my inventory before wasnât anymore and he still had them on his armor.
Trading attachments can be very buggy in general, mostly graphical glitches like amplifiers looking like mini versions of the gun they used to be on but also not turning up in the window at all and rarely looking like they disappear completely (fixed at relog though) and now also looking like they duplicate though one of them isnât really there.
Ah crap!! I was wondering what happened to some of my items :mad: they really need to fix this and fast!!
I tried the laying down thing only against the wall and it put me into a whole nother world. :laugh: actually I could seebetween the floors and wowzers thereâs my painting. Well at least the frame anyway, right where I had placed it but inside the wall. Only problem was I couldnât grab it. Stood up inside the wall and frame stayed in view but still could not grab it anywhere. Tried sides, corners etc.

My friend re-logged and it actually is in her inventory as I presumed it would be - she asked if i wanted it and I told her to leave it.
Iâm not going to tell MA support where it is, if they donât have the brains to work it out (when players can) then they shouldnât be working there in the first place.
