No info on the coming invasion? The relation to the Drones and the Dark Orbs? Argonauts and Umbronoids and the drones? Whay are the Mother ships our society calls them appearing everywhere? Are these unbeaten mini game ships summoned from an alien becon? Any info would be awsome…
These are all unfinished story lines in the game. The beacons you speak of are looted and can be used to board a mother ship . Where several players work there way to the top level of the ship killing drones all the way. then on the way down you loot the various storage boxes. Hope this helps
does anyone know what rate of fire drones have and the range of their laser guns?

I dint nowhere notice info about their gun range… but seems that bigger drones (Gen 8-10) start shooting (and hit) at longer distance then small ones.
If u hold P5 (33m) and use “auto option” (right mouse) to shoot, then: if u shoot back, after first fire from drone Gen01 - your ava does not move. But same situation and Gen09 - your ava takes couple steps forward before shoot. In general that difference in range is quit irrelevant.

Can anyone tell me where I can find a good DENSE spawn of Drones?? NE from Jasons Centre is crap…very few Drones over there and mostly Gen. 01-02.
If anyone can tell me where I can find a good spawn of Drones Gen 01-06, to have at lest 3 Drones on me all the time I will be very greatfull.

SE of Limidian or North of Eurus… there is a pennisula filled with them… very dense but only up to the rare 03-04. (77500, 7250… Approximatley)

melee drone gen 01?
I ended up at the Outpost that is west of Billy’s spacecraft afterworld and some drone gen 01 that infest the environments around there seem to be doing less - I’d say ~20% less? damage against my kobold + 2A plates that others. Could it be not all drones do just burn + penetration damage?
I like how you can see some people in the background trying to do their jobs well they film this.
I have a problem with the smoke drones make on death now… Lags my connection.
I have tried the particle settings and have not been able to eliminate the smoke effect.
Anyone solved this issue? Guesses even?

I just passed 1k dodge, and have noticed a significant difference.

Im lvl 18 dodge, and small drones dont hit me all that often. They havent seemed to hit me that often for quite some time tho, so probably need much less then that.
Wish we had misses logged from npcs so i could parse it, but it doesn’t seem they hit me that often.
So the Drones have a new texture now, and they have the “red effect” that Fouls had last year.
Their 3D model was updated as well, now their head is shifted to their left shoulder, thats a bit weird (wonder it’s a bug):

Last visible change: they no longer run to the hunter, they stop when they are in their weapon’s range. A bit surprising at first sight, even if that makes sense. However, it forces the hunter to run until them to loot them, and possibly to aggro other Drones. Well, I guess we had to pay for their new dress.
