They dont decay at all and there is not much of a point to reapir them either

Only point in repairing any household decoration is if the TT value on it is so low you can’t place it in your apartment, house, or hanger. I think most items have enough TT value to place but the Santa Statues MA gave to us at christmas and ME items have no TT value and thus will need some repairing. I had to repair the Santa Statue in order to place it again it cost me 1 pec I think and hopefully I will now be able to place it.

Just on that point, being unable to drop very low tt items was something MA introduced a couple of VUs ago to stop - in their words - ‘littering’.
However, it seems to me that being unable to drop certain of your possessions in your own apartment is not fair and I wish that MA would change this.

I think you can do this by, when you are dropping the stool, hold down the right mouse button and rotate it
