I’d pay max 400 ped. Since it has low attacks per min & only maxed at lvl 100. The only reason I’d get it is for its looks.

did you loot this recently? during the invasion maybe?

Something like this. Possibly slightly more. It has nice eco, but other UL non-sib items with similar eco have more than twice the dps. So looks and collector value are the main points.
