“Your credit card deposit could not be committed.
Reason:Error in communication with application server”
I keep getting this message every time I try to deposit using my Visa. Anybody else having this problem? I’m starting to get really pissed off.
Is this a problem with MA or Visa? I don’t want to waste my time filing a support case just to have MA tell me it’s the bank’s problem (passing the buck seems to be a past time with those guys).
MA: LET ME GIVE YOU MONEY. I AM TRYING TO GIVE YOU MY MONEY. WHY WONT YOU TAKE MY MONEY?
I get the same problem a lot, usually either wait an day until what ever is down is up.. Or I use an alternative deposit method.. In my case paynova if I have to get the funds in that day.

I had the same problem yesterday evening and it didn’t work neither ingame nor via the webpage.
Certainly some little problem with one of the many servers included in the process of checking the CC.
It should be up again soon (if it’s not already) but well, since i’m off for the week end, i’ll see sunday evening
I had this same problem about a week ago with my Bank of America Visa. In the past when I would make a large deposit “B of A” would lock my account for fraud protection which was Ok because usually after a quick discussion with “B of A” customer support the problem was cleared up. This last time the “B of A” representative told me they were not allowing transactions with MindArk. I contacted MindArk support and told them about the conversation. I got a response very quickly that MA is looking into it and my support case is still in progress. I am not sure if this is a Bank of America issue or Visa issue. I assume there are enough people out there having the same problems so MA will take care of it. So in the mean time I will be looking for another secure way to deposit when needed. :broke:
I get that all the time when I try to deposite from in game…If I go to website and do transfer there, it works for me…tho I havent deposited in a month…so i’m not sure if this is timely or not..
i tried to deposit today and didn’t worked form the game … i mean it was like connecting … … … and that for 5 minutes till i get bored .
So i try the clientloader … all ok till it says they need to check my credit card on the visa something something website , good … but after a while i get an error like : " website no longer exists or unavailable at this momment " and that’s all .. nothing to do just to go back
So now i have my transaction initiated but i guess it would never change to commited . Wrote a support case and waiting
