Well im new here so at work and on the boards im asking dumb questions.
Is it a good idea to start some kind of newbe sweat contracts, one reason good for the newbe is someone has a benifit to teach them the right way of doing things. The oter reason is that the contractor would get a fixed price.
Just thinking out load at work. :wise:
